From raw material to finished flooring product, we have strict QC process, Auto-machine to ensure our regular products are same to sample you get from us.
EXTRUSION PROCESS
Our flooring are made by stone powder and pvc material in a 200-220℃, with well experienced on flooring plank introduction.
UV COATING PROCESS
Before UV coating step, we put flooring pass through cold water tank to make stable dimension of our flooring and Cover UV.
CLICK SLOT PROCESS
We are making click via click slot machine, here our customers can choose valinge type or unilin type, both are reliable system.
QC PROCESS
With every flooring produced, our qc team need to check thickness, surface embossed whether it's same as requirements.
PACKAGE PROCESS
Every pallet with different specification, we have our own package standard for our customer or we use customer standard.
LOAD PROCESS
